Reid Paquet is the Director of Customer Success at Gaine Technology, where he has been employed since 2019. With a strong background in health data analytics, project management, and customer relations, Reid has consistently driven results and improved operational efficiency throughout his career.
At Gaine Technology, Reid has led several key integrations with a combination of health plans, provider groups, and life sciences organizations, showcasing his expertise in managing complex projects and ensuring client satisfaction. His leadership and strategic planning have been pivotal in the successful execution of these integrations.
Before joining Gaine Technology, Reid held the position of Data Analytics Manager, where he oversaw the creation, development, and accuracy of both preliminary and post-audit reports for various health plans. In this role, he assigned and managed workflows for the reporting and analytics teams, facilitated meetings, and developed client-specific reports. His ability to streamline processes and deliver accurate data analytics has been a significant asset in his previous roles.
Reid earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Healthcare Administration, which have provided him with a solid foundation in finance and healthcare management, further enhancing his capabilities in the field.
